Todd Anstis

Todd Anstis

Affiliate Manager, Level 1 Trainer

Todd is a middle-aged family man who knows what its like to have to make difficult lifestyle changes and to really work for your fitness. When the birth of his second child dictated that he no longer had the time to spend hours at the gym, Todd began doing CrossFit out of necessity. He got his L1 certification in 2010 after seeing the dramatic effects CrossFit had on his health and fitness.

If you can name a diet or a fitness program, Todd has probably tried it. If you need help trying to get the most out of the tiny window of workout time you get between your kiddosí sports and board meetings, Todd has the expertise and life experience to get and keep you on track.

Todd is an active Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and CrossFit competitor, as well as a regular participant in Triathlons, Half Marathons, and 5Ks. He assists in coaching Fever FC Soccer and Truth Basketball. He is our resident Paleo expert.

Bobby Allison is a Certified Personal trainer and CrossFit Level 1 trainer. Training for the last 10 years, Bobby has built a great reputation specializing in Youth Sports Performance and Adult Fitness & Performance. Many of the areas top athletes come to train with Bobby because he gets results that helps take athletes to the next level. Bobby has Coached at 2 local private high schools and has been mentored and trained by current and former NFL & Collegiate level players and coaches. As a former player Bobby knows what it takes to play at the next level and loves working with individuals looking to achieve success on and off the field. Over the past 10 years he has helped start and manage 3 successful Sports Performance/ Personal Training Facilities, including the first hospital based Sports Performance Facility in Texas.

I have a background of varsity football and baseball. I am a project of Bobby and Kadimah, they coached me in the 8th grade. Crossfit has always been something that I have done ever since I was a sophomore in high school. I truly believe it is one of the best ways to push your body to the limit and stay in shape. I am truly blessed to be apart of Pur Fit and help people accomplish their fitness goals.
